Thank you for choosing Lotus House Surf and Wellness for your upcoming stay. To confirm your reservation, you have the following payment options:

Full Payment Option:

If you choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking, you will receive a 5% discount off the total payment.

2. Instalment Payment Option:

You also have the option to pay in thirds. The first third is required to secure your booking. The second third should be paid 90 days before your scheduled arrival date, and the final third should be paid no later than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.

Please note that the instalment option is only available if the reservation is made a certain number of days in advance. If the booking is made within 7 days of the arrival date, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Timeframe and Refund Eligibility:

For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, a full refund of the deposit or payment will be provided.

If you cancel within 21 days of the scheduled arrival date, half of the payment or deposit is non-refundable.

Refunds requested within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances and availability of the accommodation.

4. Refund Process:

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 3 - 5 business days from the date of cancellation.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the booking.

Please note that any transaction fees or currency conversion fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.

We offer a range of hard and soft boards to accommodate all levels of surfers. Our boards range in size from 6’0ft to 9'0ft, providing a variety of options to choose from. However, we do encourage our guests to bring their own boards if they have them.

We welcome all levels of surfers, from complete beginners to seasoned experts. We understand that everyone has different skill levels / goals, and we're committed to providing a customised experience that meets your needs. With a variety of waves located just a 10-minute drive away, we have plenty of options to accommodate all levels.

We believe that keeping the group sizes small is essential to providing a personalised and enjoyable experience. We maintain a ratio of four students to one coach, ensuring that each guest receives individual attention and guidance. This approach not only helps our guests improve their surfing skills but also nurtures a sense of community and connection between the coach and the students.

Our package includes six breakfasts and four dinners, providing you with the morning fuel you need to catch those waves. We provide a smoothie at lunch. On Wednesday and Friday night’s, we encourage our guests to explore the local / western restaurants, as we are lucky to be located near a variety of places and there’s plenty of options to choose from. Eating out is an important part of the experience, immersing yourselves in the local culture and cuisine.

Option 1: Full Payment

Pay the full amount of $1000 USD at the time of booking and receive a 5% discount, resulting in a total payment of $950 USD.

Option 2: Half Deposit + Full Payment

Pay a half deposit of $500 USD at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance of $500 USD must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Option 3: Installment Payment

Pay in thirds:

First installment: $333.33 USD (due at the time of booking to secure your reservation)

Second installment: $333.33 USD (due 90 days before the scheduled arrival date)

Final installment: $333.34 USD (due no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date)

Please note that this installment plan is just an example, and the payment amounts and due dates can be adjusted to meet your specific needs and policies.
